About this course
A reflective 2-day programme that challenges leaders to lead with integrity, humility, and service to others. Covers the philosophical foundations of servant leadership, ethical decision-making frameworks, building trust through transparency, navigating ethical dilemmas in African business and public sector contexts, anti-corruption leadership, and creating organisations where ethical behaviour is the cultural norm. Participants engage in ethical scenario exercises and develop a personal leadership code of ethics.
