Monitoring, Evaluation and Indicator Verification
Independent, credible evidence on whether programmes actually deliver. We design monitoring and evaluation systems and provide third-party indicator verification for governments, development partners and international NGOs, so that reported results can be trusted by funders, boards and the public.
This is one of our most active practices. We are trusted for verification because our methods are transparent, our fieldwork is auditable and our findings are reported as they are, including when the data challenges assumptions.

What we do
M&E System Design
We build results frameworks, indicators, data flows and tools that make performance measurable, comparable and reportable, designed to fit the way the institution actually works.
Third-Party Indicator Verification
We independently verify reported indicators through field checks, record audits and data triangulation, giving funders and boards confidence that the numbers reflect reality.
Baselines, Mid-lines and End-lines
We measure change against a clear starting point across the programme cycle, which makes progress and impact visible and defensible.
Data Collection and Field Verification
We run household surveys, facility and waterpoint audits, GPS and photo verification, community scorecards and beneficiary registers. Fieldwork is structured to be replicable and auditable.
Remote and Digital Monitoring
We use remote sensing, GIS mapping, system logs and automated cross-checks with facility records, adding scale, speed and a second line of evidence.
Impact Evaluation
We apply rigorous designs, including difference-in-differences and control comparisons, to separate what a programme achieved from what would have happened anyway.

Questions clients ask
What makes indicator verification independent?
Separation from the implementing team, primary data collected by us, triangulation against records and a documented method that a third party can repeat. We report what we find.
What is a difference-in-differences design?
A method that compares how outcomes change over time in a group that received a programme and a comparable group that did not. The difference between those two changes estimates the programme's effect.
