About this course
A deeply personal 2-day programme that helps leaders develop self-awareness, clarify their values, and build authentic relationships that create credible, trusted leadership. Covers the authentic leadership model, personal values exploration, leading with vulnerability and courage, building genuine relationships across hierarchies, aligning personal purpose with organisational mission, and sustaining authenticity under pressure.
