About this course

This 2-day workshop covers work planning and prioritisation, coordinating team schedules, holding individuals accountable, conducting productive one-on-one meetings, and resolving workplace conflicts. Participants practise structured problem-solving techniques and leave with tools for managing underperformance constructively.
