About this course
Transforms managers from directive leaders into developmental coaches. This 2-day programme teaches the GROW coaching model, active listening techniques, powerful questioning frameworks, and how to build a coaching culture within teams. Participants practise live coaching conversations with structured feedback, learn to recognise coaching opportunities in daily interactions, and develop the skills to unlock discretionary effort and individual potential across their teams.
