About this course
A highly interactive 1-day programme that strengthens how teams work together. Participants explore team roles and personality dynamics, learn structured approaches to collaborative problem-solving, practise managing creative tension productively, and develop strategies for breaking down silos between departments. Uses team simulation exercises and real-time feedback to create immediate behavioural shifts.
