About this course
An intensive 3-day programme that equips leaders with the tools to build, align, and sustain high-performing teams. Covers the stages of team development (forming through performing), establishing psychological safety, building shared accountability, managing team energy and motivation, and creating results-oriented team charters. Participants work through team diagnostic exercises and leave with a customised high-performance action plan for their own teams.
Courses run as in-person or virtual workshops and can be tailored to your organisation's context, with content, duration and pricing adjusted for group enrolment and onsite delivery in Malawi.
