About this course
A strategic 3-day programme that equips senior leaders to shape the values, behaviours, and systems that create a sustainable culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Covers culture diagnostics, values articulation and embedding, behavioural norms design, performance management system alignment, recognition and consequence frameworks, and measuring cultural health. Participants conduct a culture assessment of their own organisation and design a culture transformation roadmap.
Courses run as in-person or virtual workshops and can be tailored to your organisation's context, with content, duration and pricing adjusted for group enrolment and onsite delivery in Uganda.
