About this course
A thoughtful 2-day programme that equips leaders to build genuinely inclusive teams where diverse perspectives drive better outcomes. Covers unconscious bias awareness and mitigation, inclusive decision-making practices, creating belonging in diverse teams, equitable talent management, and measuring inclusion outcomes.
