About this course
A comprehensive 3-day programme that equips leaders to lead organisational change end-to-end. Covers change readiness assessment, building compelling change narratives, stakeholder engagement planning, managing resistance and change fatigue, embedding new behaviours sustainably, and measuring change adoption. Uses proven change management models (Kotter, ADKAR, Bridges) adapted for African institutional contexts. Participants design a change plan for a real initiative they are leading.
Courses run as in-person or virtual workshops and can be tailored to your organisation's context, with content, duration and pricing adjusted for group enrolment and onsite delivery across the region.
